The Neuman family, Baron of Végvár is a Jewish family granted high nobility in Austria-Hungary at the beginning of the 20th century. ==History== There is nothing known about the early history of the family. Adolf and Dániel, two manufacturers of Arad (today part of Romania), sons of Adolf Neuman get the title of high nobility on 14 March 1903. They and their father were granted as Barons by Franz Joseph at October 1913. Another well-known member of the family is the great-grandson of Adolf Jr, Andrew, who was born in New York City became the deputy leader of the Bank of New York.
